Nellcor is dedicated to supporting our customers well beyond the initial point of sale. Should you need product support beyond what our Technical Support team can provide by phone, we have an experienced Factory Service team available for any repair needs. Our qualified technicians work hard to diagnose and repair products quickly and accurately to ensure your product is returned with minimum delay and fully functional to its original manufacturing specifications.

When you send a product to our factory, you can expect:

Loaner program
If you need a temporary replacement product while our Factory Service team works on yours, Nellcor has loaner equipment available for customers with units under warranty. For more information, ask your Nellcor Technical Service Assistant.
