Our knowledgeable Technical Service Assistants are here to assist you Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time. If your questions require more detailed support, you will be promptly transferred to one of our experienced Clinical Service or Technical Service Specialists.

Puritan Bennett Technical Support Engineers and Clinical Product Specialists take pride in their role as the voice of the customer. Our professional and courteous staff work as your advocates to get answers and solutions to your specific questions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Armed with product knowledge Technical support is your direct resource when you need a quick answer. Our staff is familiar with the most current developments in our products and can readily answer your questions.
Our technical support staff also works to ensure customers better understand how to use our products as well as the science behind them. That means that from the moment you call technical support, our engineers work hard to answer your questions. If an engineer can't answer your question, he or she has immediate access to Puritan Bennett's extensive internal resources, including our knowledgeable hardware, manufacturing and research and development staff.
Our engineers work regularly with hospital staff including: respiratory therapists, nurses, physicians and clinical engineering. We also work closely with durable medical equipment providers and consulting firms designing new facilities for hospital networks.
